I agree to a $5 late fee per 15 minutes if I pick up my child after 6:00pm.

I acknowledge ACES does not provide medical insurance and I assume all risks.
I permit my child’s photos/videos to be used for ACES publicity.
I understand my child may be removed for non-payment or disruptive behavior.
